Job Responsibilities
- Deliver effective and engaging instruction to students in grades K-5
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and development
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and meet the individual needs of students
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve instructional methods
Requirements
- Tennessee state licensure and certification in elementary education
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience
- A bachelor's degree in education or a related field
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development. The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
