Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Epic Cogito users
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to clients on Epic Cogito implementation and optimization

  • Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of current-state processes
  • Design and implement new infrastructure, workflows, policies, and processes
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success

  • Mentor and train junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer and growth
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare IT project management and training
  • Proven expertise in Epic Cogito implementation and optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
