The primary responsibilities of this role include ensuring the efficient processing of claims while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will navigate the intricacies of claims handling with expertise and professionalism.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Claims or Insurance,
OR - Completion of the Zurich Claims Training Program along with 3+ years of relevant experience,
OR - A High School Diploma or Equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in Claims or Insurance
- Possession of necessary adjuster license(s) is required
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance regulations, markets, and products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience managing Commercial General Liability Litigated Claims
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in collaborative teamwork and relationship building
- Capability to identify and articulate complex concepts effectively
