About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care possible.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care
- No on-call requirements
- Weekends may be required, but this will be determined by unit needs
- Block schedules are required
- Expected ratios align with AWHONN Guidelines
- No 48-hour approved shifts
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong background in nursing or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with AWHONN Guidelines
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will enjoy a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
