About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Northern Maine Medical Center. In this critical leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in our acute hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate the care provided to residents, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and safety
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve staff performance and productivity
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including staffing assignments and resident care documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
- Stay up-to-date with state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN license in Maine
- 5-10 years of experience in an acute hospital setting or nursing home
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with a proven track record of success
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
