  • Describes promotions and suggestsively sells beverages, taking initial orders and providing exceptional service

  • Handles cash, credit card, and discount transactions accurately, following safe cash handling procedures
  • Utilizes proper telephone etiquette and enters and delivers To Go orders correctly

Requirements

Working Conditions

The Host/Hostess will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, interacting with guests and team members throughout the shift. The position requires standing and walking for extended periods, with the ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 lbs. The Host/Hostess must also be able to hear well in a loud environment and possess basic math skills.
