Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate at Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI). As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and ensuring accurate and efficient sales transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide courteous and professional service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the indoor and outdoor facilities, restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash (if applicable).
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
- Prepare and serve food and hot beverage products, ensuring maximum sales and minimizing loss through effective inventory management.
- Actively promote store specials and other marketing programs to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including cross-checking prices, distributing delivered goods, and observing local law requirements for fuel tank activation and filling.
- Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Ability to work both independently and in team settings, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only).
- Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.
