Job Summary
Rosendin Electric seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer payments, managing cash receipts, and maintaining accurate records. If you have a passion for finance and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
  1. Posting customer payments accurately and efficiently
  2. Sorting and managing daily mail, including remittances and invoices
  3. Providing preliminary information requests to customers via email or phone
  4. Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
  • 1 year of accounting clerk experience, preferably in a construction environment
  • Associate degree in Finance or related discipline preferred
  • Familiarity with Oracle software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
