Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure every customer feels valued by dedicating time to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets while overseeing customer service, inventory management, expense control, and risk assessment.
  • Act as a product knowledge authority, capable of promoting and selling a diverse range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
  • Contribute to the development of a top-notch customer-centric sales team by providing continuous coaching and training on sales techniques, behaviors, and operational practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within retail.
  • Willingness to travel to nearby store locations.

The hourly wage for this position is $15.60, along with a commission structure ranging from 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance. Employees are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on overall store performance.
