Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry an assigned caseload, which includes Behavioral Specialist duties and may encompass Family Specialist responsibilities
  • Provide assessment and functional analysis of assigned child or adult, develop treatment plans, strategies, and interventions
  • Submit Behavior Treatment Plans to administration, treatment team (Individual Support Plan), and the Program Review Committee for approval and implementation per contract requirements
  • Consult with the Training Manager and assigned Family Specialist of the initial training resource families to review strengths/needs and contribute ongoing assessment for the family licensing/certification recommendation


Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in social or behavioral science from an accredited university or college. Experience relating to the area of service may be substituted on a year-for-year basis. Additionally, you must be fingerprinted and granted a Level One clearance from the State of Arizona and consistently maintain that clearance. We also require that you maintain a clear record through Department of Economic Security Central Registry of any reports of child abuse and neglect.
