Healthcare Manager

Management Business Solutions is seeking a skilled Healthcare Manager to lead our Utilization Management Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring cost-effective and quality patient care through appropriate resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the program.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to plan and coordinate care across the continuum.
- Manage transportation programs to ensure appropriate resource utilization.
- Assure compliance with regulatory agencies and internal standards.
- Provide direction to staff regarding utilization review, care coordination, and discharge planning.
- Minimum three years of experience in utilization management and discharge planning in an acute care setting.
- BSN or bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
- Registered Nurse License (California).
- Certified Case Manager.
- Master's degree in management.
- Experience in a large hospital, high-volume setting.
- Competitive salary range: $150,000 - $175,000 per year.
