About the Job

We are looking for a skilled temporary office coordinator to support our team at Saltisky Alloys Inc. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, with proficiency in data entry, filing, and basic math operations.

Responsibilities include answering phone calls, processing invoices, performing light cleaning tasks, and maintaining accurate records. A strong focus on attention to detail is crucial, with emphasis on avoiding spelling and grammatical errors.

The successful candidate will work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate occasional extended hours.

While previous experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is beneficial, it is not a requirement for this role.
