Public Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Communications Assistant to support our team at Compass Innovate. This role will play a crucial part in helping us convey our message and strengthen our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies and campaigns to engage our audience.
- Write and edit a variety of content, including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and website copy, to effectively convey our message.
- Manage social media channels, scheduling posts and engaging with followers to build our online presence.
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports on communications activities to inform our strategy.
- Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and press conferences to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain our company website, ensuring all content is up-to-date and engaging.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to drive business results.
- Provide administrative support as needed to enable the communications team to focus on key objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey our message.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies to engage our audience.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, to enhance our visual content.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a passion for storytelling to bring our message to life.
