Available Positions: Full-Time and Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:- Organize food stations and ensure they are stocked with all necessary ingredients for the shift.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests, suppliers, and team members.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all work areas, including countertops, utensils, cooking equipment, and storage areas, in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Understand and adhere to quality standards for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products, along with proper storage and waste management practices.
- Prepare food orders at designated stations by following established recipes and presentation guidelines for grilling, broiling, and sautéing menu items.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and food storage regulations is essential.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both customers and colleagues.
- Availability for weekend and evening shifts is necessary.
