Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our Excess Surplus Commercial Lines Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing new business, developing quotes, and achieving revenue goals while retaining existing accounts. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in risk management and drive business growth with a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing new business opportunities and developing quotes for clients
  • Achieving revenue goals and retaining existing accounts
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences
  • Leading cross-selling efforts for our product portfolio
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, business, or risk management)
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in risk management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance and excess surplus markets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000-$250,000, depending on experience.
