Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning and advisory services to existing State Farm clients.
- Collaborate with a seasoned career agent to develop a strategic business plan and execute a client service model.
- Enhance relationships with clients through proactive communication, addressing inquiries, and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
- Exhibit a profound understanding of financial markets and demonstrate sound business judgment.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, prioritizing client interests at all times.
- Passionately educate clients on available technologies and channels to effectively manage their investments.
- Provide a holistic assessment of clients' financial needs, extending beyond mere investment advice.
- Ensure compliance with agency and financial industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, Series 7, and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and maintaining strong client relationships.

Compensation
$48k-$60k base salary plus commission.
