Job Summary

You will also provide patient/family education and maintain accurate medical records. - Deliver patient care based on individualized plans of care, ensuring the physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, and educational needs of patients are met.
- Monitor and document patient status, including vital signs, lab values, and other relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Administer medications and treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse/Physician.
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a completion of an LPN program recognized by the SC State Board of Nursing and one year of experience as an LPN. Alternatively, you may be considered if you have completed the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or a comparable residency program. If you are currently enrolled in an accredited LPN to RN transition program, you may also be eligible.
