  • Develops, coordinates, and implements assigned processes
  • Oversees the administrative support for ORA
  • Reviews, revises, and interprets policies and procedures
  • Orders and maintains supply inventory
  • Handles P-Card purchases and monitors expenses
  • Coordinates and supervises program activities
  • Conducts research for the preparation and dissemination of information
  • Coordinates, compiles, and evaluates data received from a variety of sources related to an assigned activity, program, or project
Requirements

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of relevant experience in advanced accounting clerical, bookkeeping, or a related field. Experience in Higher Education is desirable, and experience with Banner Finance is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position with up to 40% of the work performed remotely during off-peak periods. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
