Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and other customer support tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude toward customer needs and concerns.
