Client Service Manager Opportunity">

APR is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to lead our commercial lines account executive team. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and oversee a dedicated service team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage client services and maintain relationships with minimal oversight from Producers.
  • Direct a service team to effectively manage a mid-market book of business.
  • Participate in interviews and respond to RFPs.
  • Analyze and present renewal options to clients.
  • Promote various services offered by our agency through tailored proposals.
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations on clients' existing coverage plans.
  • Select carriers for solicitation and negotiate beneficial terms and premiums.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries, including benefits and claims issues.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of client coverage contracts and amendments.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with third-party vendors on behalf of clients.
  • Oversee and support a dedicated service team.

Salary:

">Base Salary Range:$80,000 - $95,000 plus comprehensive health benefits.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in the insurance field.
  • Designations such as CIC, CISR, CSRM, AAI are a plus.
