Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage guest alcohol consumption, intervening as necessary in accordance with established protocols.
- Act as a goodwill ambassador during service and public relations events, including participation in promotional activities.
- Promote various casino events and programs to enhance guest engagement.
- Deliver personalized service, utilizing guest names to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Address and resolve service-related issues following company guidelines.

- Prepare and serve drink orders with precision, adhering to recipes and portion guidelines.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a bar setting is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Completion of ServSafe Alcohol training certification is necessary.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in handling cash and making accurate change.
- Knowledge of cocktail ingredients and mixing techniques is important.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Adherence to professional appearance standards as per company policy.
- Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations is required.
- Ability to respond to visual and auditory cues.
- Capability to work in confined spaces and tolerate environmental factors such as smoke and noise.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
