Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our Intensive Community Wrap Around Supports program. This program provides intensive, in-home and community wrap-around services to support adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Serious Mental Illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and provide oversight to the Intensive Community Wrap Around Supports team, including clinicians, nurses, team coaches, consultants, and peer mentors.
  • Develop and implement training programs for the clinical treatment team on Autism Spectrum Disorder, significant mental illness, evidence-based practices, and promising approaches.
  • Facilitate daily communication forums for team members to collaborate, plan, and take action.
  • Manage referrals, track progress, and maintain active rosters and wait lists for the Community Treatment Team.
  • Ensure timely completion of clinical assessments and provision of in-person and virtual support modalities to meet the needs of individuals served.
  • Develop and participate in after-hours on-call rotations to promote community access and stabilization for individuals served.
  • Submit accurate and timely billing and program expenditure documentation.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Services field with current licensure (LMHC, LICSW, BCBA or higher) or license eligibility.
  • Minimum of five years direct experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Significant Mental Illness.
  • Direct experience implementing evidence-based practices.
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable vehicle.
Compensation

$75,000 yearly salary.
