Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based care plans.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Compact or Texas RN License.
- One year of clinical experience in OR.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of body substance isolation and infection control practices.
