Overview of the Position

Deployed Services is seeking a highly qualified Lead Clinician - Child Development to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing all program matters related to child well-being at DHS sites.

Job Description

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on sector-wide concerns for child wellbeing and trauma-informed care.
  • Oversee the coordination of special cases, including facilitation of connection across local, state, and federal resources.
  • Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to coordinate care and expedite placement.
  • Maintain an updated surge support deployment plan and coordinate the deployment of CWB Specialists to surge support activities as necessary.
  • Develop and implement regular guidance to support continuity in care, elimination of duplication of effort, and synchronization of activities across the entire child well-being program operational footprint.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in behavioral health or a related field, with a doctoral degree preferred.
  • Licensed Social Worker (LCSW or LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Doctor level prepared psychologist (LP) or equivalent within the state(s).
  • At least 5 years of working experience in child development, culturally aware and trauma-centered care, performing clinical evaluations in direct engagement with children and their families.
  • 2+ years of management experience leading and supervising staff.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $105,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. Deployed Services offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
