Lead Cardiothoracic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practice Provider to lead our team of clinicians in the Cardiothoracic Surgery department at Banner University Medical Group Tucson. As a Lead APP, you will play a key role in driving clinical excellence and ensuring the highest quality patient care.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday with rotating OR call, including transplant.
- You will work closely with Cardiothoracic Surgeons and other multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement practice improvements, enhance patient satisfaction, and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery or related field, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
- RNFA or Surgical First Assist experience preferred.
- Current Board Certification and Arizona License.
- Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
- Current prescribing privileges, including DEA license for controlled substances.
