This role is a long-term engagement with no predetermined end date.

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Security Administrator, you will provide specialized technical support in Oracle Fusion security management and demonstrate expertise in the role-based security framework of Oracle HCM Cloud. You will serve as a key technical resource for both the business and information security teams, focusing on HCM security governance, user management, role-based security configurations, data access restrictions, and comprehensive documentation.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM is required.

• Engage in Oracle HCM Cloud-related initiatives, providing production support and testing to ensure solutions align with user needs.

• Maintain adherence to ETS and information security protocols and best practices.

• Familiarity with Oracle's quarterly HCM upgrades, enhancements, and improvements is essential.

• Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud security administration is crucial.

• Ability to comprehend and customize various role types within the security console.

• Experience in developing automated provisioning rules and user management automation.

• Knowledge of security governance and industry best practices is necessary.

• Capability to create security roles for reporting and folder-based restrictions.

• Proficient in using HDL/SHDL for mass user management and provisioning.

• Experience in troubleshooting HCM security-related issues for users.

• Skilled in creating security profiles to limit data access.

• Experience in establishing data roles and assigning corresponding security profiles.

• Competence in creating implementation users and Service IDs.

• Experience in developing elevated user access and conducting monitoring activities.

• Knowledge in HR Risk management and Advanced Control modules.

• Familiarity with implementing segregation of duties (SOD) controls and monitoring user security and activities.

• Experience in automating HCM configuration monitoring and transaction oversight.

• Ability to manage internal and external audits along with necessary documentation.

• Proficient in IDCS console and security administration.

• Experience with FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse) security and role design.

• Support for various Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including HR-core, Recruiting, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll, Profile Management, and Performance Management.

• Proven ability to gather and analyze data, creating functional documentation such as business process flows, requirements documents, test plans, and test scripts.

• Experience in security role testing and documenting outcomes.

• Ability to open, manage, and resolve Oracle Service Requests with Oracle Support.

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, Azure DevOps, Peer Review, GitHub, and CI/CD.

• Knowledge of BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI report development, as well as interface development and troubleshooting.

• Understanding of leveraging Oracle SHDL and HDL capabilities for data import into Oracle Fusion Cloud via OIC.

• Willingness to learn various business or technical specialties as per organizational needs.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential.

• Proven ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Visio.

Desired Qualifications and Educational Background:

• A Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred.

• Knowledge of trends, products, and services in the banking/financial industry is desirable.

• Technical certifications in Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Cyber Security are a plus.
