Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in general office duties and support the Vice President and Office Manager in project planning, operations, and outcome assessments.
  • Provide support services to students, addressing inquiries and directing them to appropriate resources.
  • Assist with special events during evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Work on departmental assessment projects and divisional reports.
Requirements
  • Must be accepted and enrolled in a Graduate Program at Marshall University.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations and knowledge of student orgs, student leadership, and event programming is preferred.
  • Competent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time graduate student position, working 20 hours per week. The Graduate Assistant will work closely with the department's staff and students to achieve the department's goals and objectives.
