**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our PCA Box Plant in Burlington, Wisconsin. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine maintenance activities to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
  • Technical degree in the Mechanical or Electrical Trades is a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Experience in the Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry is a plus.

**Benefits:**

  • Competitive pay range of $24-$36 based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience.
  • Excellent benefits package, including health, dental, and optometry coverage.
  • 401K plan with company match.
  • 1.5 pay for overtime, Saturday, and Sunday work.
  • 1.5 pay for holidays and additional overtime on holidays.
  • Uniforms provided.
  • PCA provides paid training to help technicians advance through the skill levels and achieve higher pay.
  • PCA provides a tool stipend (or replacement) to help technicians maintain basic hand tools.
