We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) professionals at our Katy clinic.
About the Role:As an RBT, you will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans and programs as directed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will also collect and record data during each 1:1 teaching session, attend regular supervision and training sessions with BCBAs and other team members, and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions.

- Collect and record data during each 1:1 teaching session
- Attend regular supervision and training sessions with BCBAs and other team members
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families, as well as other members of the treatment team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a 40-hour RBT training program
- Successfully pass the RBT Competency Assessment
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience working with children and families is a plus

- Must be able to maintain various postures such as kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to regularly walk and run for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to transition from sitting to standing and vice versa independently.
- Must be able to utilize quick body movements as may be required by the behavior intervention plan.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
- Must be able to transfer/position/transport patients and adaptive equipment.
- Must have the visual ability to read and understand written communication via computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
- Must have the manual dexterity to perform electronic device functions such as data collection.
