About the Role

Anchor Talent and Consulting LLC is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing design solutions and leading projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Utilize your expertise in 2D and 3D AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop to create detailed reports, budget estimates, and necessary drawings.
  • Project Management: Work closely with vendors, engineering teams, and clients to ensure project designs meet company and community standards.
  • Material Selection: Collaborate with plant-based material experts to select sustainable and effective materials for landscape projects.
  • Administrative Tasks: Conduct site visits, assessments, surveys, field observations, and reports, as well as shop drawing reviews and respond to project RFIs.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience working in Landscape Architecture, preferably in Texas.
  • Skills: Proficiency in 2D and 3D AutoCAD, MS Office, and good communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Vast knowledge of plant-based materials, including shrubbery, perennials, ground covering, trees, and ornamental grasses, as well as proper care procedures and instructions for each.
  • Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen (no sponsorship available).
