Job Summary

Stripe-A-Zone, a leading provider of pavement marking services, is seeking a skilled and reliable Pavement Marking Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of our work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Heavy Equipment: Safely operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, including thermoplastic trucks, paint trucks, and TMA trucks.
  • Load and Unload Materials: Properly load and unload materials from trucks and trailers, using hand tools and forklifts as needed.
  • Perform Pavement Marking Tasks: Install preformed thermoplastic, complete daily vehicle inspections, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment and following proper lifting techniques.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and move more than 100 pounds.
  • Travel Requirements: Be willing to travel overnight on an ongoing basis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CDL License: Possess a CDL license and have a good driving record.
  • Certifications: Hold certifications in TCS, flagger, and forklift operation.
