Job Description: Patient Care Specialist
Southern NH Health System seeks a skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to adolescent and adult patients with complex medical conditions.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

- Deliver exceptional patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Requirements:
