Clinical Leadership Position

We are seeking a Clinical Leadership Position at College Station II Enterprises LLC. This role involves providing direction to Nurse Aides for appropriate care of residents, administering resident medication, and implementing resident care plans in compliance with Company and federal guidelines and physician's orders.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. To be successful in this role, you must have a valid Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license in good standing, excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Give direction to Nurse Aides for appropriate care of residents.
- Properly administer resident medication.
- Implement resident care plans in compliance with Company and federal guidelines and physician's orders.
- Perform treatments.
- Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders.
- Timely and accurate documentation of residents' charts.
- Complete Nursing assessment as required.
- Participate in shift reports.
- Implement established nursing policy and procedures, educating support staff regarding care needs of residents.
- Maintain a safe working environment, complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures.
