Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join our growing Wealth Management team. This key role will be responsible for managing the implementation process of investment programs and insurance programs, as well as providing ongoing customer service to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide in-depth service to existing clients by responding to their inquiries and proactively identifying service needs.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain calendar, manage emails, and schedule follow-up appointments. Answer and direct telephone calls as appropriate.
  • Investment Operations: Perform day-to-day service-related tasks for the investment operations side of the business, including processing cashiering related requests, preparing and processing all paperwork, and coordinating with the home office regarding supervision tasks.
  • Financial Planning: Assist with the preliminary phases of the financial planning process, including requesting client documents and following up with clients to ensure requested information is gathered in a timely manner.
  • Underwriting: Manage underwriting for clients by preparing, submitting, and monitoring the application process for life, disability, long-term care insurance, and annuities.
  • Marketing: Maintain all marketing programs, including client events, marketing materials, and client communication.
Requirements
  • License: Willing to obtain Georgia Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license within the first 12 months.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Zoom.
