About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at InsideHigherEd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual communications strategies that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain all visual elements of our brand, including logos, graphics, and typography.
  • Design and produce marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters, to promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement visual communications strategies that meet our business objectives.
  • Work with our design team to ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all marketing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our visual communications are always fresh and engaging.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mastery of design software, including Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
  • Experience with web design and development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their role in marketing and branding.
