Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to provide personalized care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Remind individuals to take their medication and provide support with administration.
  • Monitor vital signs and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Perform light household tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals that meet specific dietary requirements.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support to clients and their families.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a state-approved training program for Home Health Aides
  • A valid certification as a Home Health Aide
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills
  • Ability to safely lift and move clients using proper body mechanics
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Current CPR Certification
