Position Overview
We are looking for a proficient Commercial Construction Estimator/Project Manager to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for generating precise and timely cost estimates for various commercial construction initiatives. You will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that all facets of the project, including materials, labor, and equipment, are accurately assessed.
Key Qualifications:
- Expertise in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
- Experience in Cost Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong budgeting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant estimating software
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline
- Ability to analyze complex construction plans and specifications
- Familiarity with Union regulations, particularly in carpentry
