Job Summary:

The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements. Document and analyze business processes, workflows, and systems. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

Data Analysis:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Utilize data visualization tools to present findings.

Solution Development:

Work with IT and development teams to design and implement solutions. Create functional specifications and user stories. Assist in the development and testing of new systems and applications.

Project Management:

Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and feedback.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains. Implement best practices and industry standards. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in business analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business Administration or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP). Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
