We are seeking a motivated Junior Aircraft Structures Technician to contribute to our operations.

This role is essential in supporting the production and maintenance of aircraft structures across various tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute precise drilling, reaming, and installation tasks on critical support structures.
  • Identify and locate blind holes for the integration of new structural components.
  • Perform sealing, painting, and preservation of structures following standard repair protocols.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to facilitate structural modifications and repairs.
  • Utilize specialized tooling for the modification and repair of structural components.
  • Access aircraft data through computer systems and manage parts and discrepancies online.
  • Work safely at heights and in confined spaces, lifting loads up to 35 pounds.

Flexibility in work shifts is required, including potential overtime and weekend work to meet operational demands.

Familiarity with safety protocols, including Hazardous Energy and Lock Out/Tag systems, is essential to maintain a safe working environment.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with non-porous metals such as aluminum and titanium.
  • Experience reading schematics and assembly drawings.
  • Proficient in using hand tools specific to structural work.
  • Experience in heavy structures maintenance and assembly.
  • Willingness to work various shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Depot Level/Heavy Structures maintenance.
  • Familiarity with Executive Fleet Platforms.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and mobile cranes.

Education:
A high school diploma or GED with relevant experience is required.

Work Environment:
This position requires onsite work and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
