Job Summary

Home Decor Outlets is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate/Cashier to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale system
  • Answer telephone calls and direct customers to the appropriate store associate
  • Schedule deliveries and provide customer service assistance
  • Perform other duties as required by management

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a Point of Sale system
  • Ability to work a variable schedule
