Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Healthcare Account Manager (Field Operations). This critical role focuses on establishing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and broadening our service offerings. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding service, aligning with our mission to enhance patient outcomes through innovative healthcare solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements and effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
  • Expand existing client relationships by identifying opportunities for cross-service growth, particularly in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM).
  • Monitor and assess account growth potential, achieving quarterly objectives.
  • Develop and sustain client relationships founded on trust, respect, and a mutual commitment to enhancing the patient experience.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including the RPM department, to ensure client fulfillment and seamless service delivery.
  • Gather and analyze data to derive insights into consumer behavior and industry trends, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Oversee equipment and inventory management, ensuring prompt and precise setup in accordance with physician directives.
  • Educate patients on the use of monitoring equipment, enroll them in home monitoring programs, and document patient education within the EMR.
  • Conduct follow-ups with patients to ensure comprehension and satisfaction, acting as an advocate for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records related to assigned accounts while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Travel to various locations as necessary to meet client needs and support patient care.
  • Address client concerns and proactively enhance processes to prevent future issues.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, communication, healthcare, or a related discipline, with 2-3 years of relevant experience, or 3-5 years as an Account Manager with client-facing responsibilities.
  • At least 1 year of patient care experience, preferably in cardiology, with skills in reading EKGs, blood pressure, blood glucose levels, and pulse oximetry.
  • Experience in managing remote device transmissions is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying product information to clients and discussing general insurance coverage with patients.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients and patients.
  • Outstanding analytical abilities for evaluating client data and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and clients concurrently.
  • Technical proficiency with Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth, and smartphones.
  • Advanced skills in motivation and negotiation.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
