Job Title: Director of Engineering Systems

At Sephora, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Engineering Systems to join our team. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our engineering systems, ensuring they are aligned with our business goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering systems, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engineering systems that meet our business needs, while also ensuring that they are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards.

As a Director of Engineering Systems, you will work closely with our engineering teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize engineering system requirements. You will also be responsible for developing and managing our engineering system roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
