We currently have an opening for a Residential HVAC Project Designer who will collaborate closely with the Installation Manager, Comfort Consultants, Warehouse Manager, and Service Team to develop a clear scope of work and detailed plans for each installation project.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Compensation: $70,000/year plus incentive plan. Potential earnings range from $95,000 to $150,000/year

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in the office (with future remote work options)
- 10+ years of experience in Residential HVAC
- Experience in Residential HVAC installation
- Strong computer and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Team-oriented
- Professional phone etiquette
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving skills through research and adaptive measures
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Successful candidates will undergo a background check and drug screening upon receiving a conditional offer of employment
Preferred Qualifications:
- HVAC licensure
- Previous experience as an owner or department leader/manager
- Familiarity with Company Cam
- Experience with Service Titan
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize completed scoping documents, images, information, and measurements to create a comprehensive list of equipment, materials, parts, tools, and other essentials needed for project completion.
- Ensure high-quality work for each project through effective planning and communication of the plan to installation teams.
- Participate in the job review process to identify areas for improvement, callbacks, or other challenges that may impact company performance and profitability.
