Compensation: Potential earnings range from $70,000 to $99,000 annually (and higher) *Base salary plus commission. Comprehensive health benefits, paid training, paid time off, 401K, and additional perks.
Position Overview: As a Consumer Direct Sales Specialist, your role will involve marketing Windstream products and services to clients within a designated area. This position requires you to engage with potential customers through direct outreach, process orders, ensure service activation, establish accurate billing, and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction. You will be expected to achieve sales targets for products and services and participate in Windstream events to expand your network and enhance sales opportunities. A comprehensive 8-week Sales Residency program will be provided to equip you with the necessary training and knowledge for success in this role. Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a 5% increase in your base salary.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and organizational abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Access to a reliable and insured personal vehicle for travel to assigned territories.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and navigate different terrains.
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.

- Standing: 67-100% of the time
- Walking: 34-66% of the time
- Sitting: 0-33% of the time
- Driving: Frequently (34-66%)
- Other physical tasks include bending, crouching, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting as needed.
