Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address and resolve common maintenance requests within the apartments.
  • Handle minor plumbing and electrical repairs as required.
  • Install and repair household appliances to ensure functionality.
  • Prepare apartments for new residents by ensuring they meet inspection standards.
  • Conduct interior painting, caulking, and minor drywall maintenance.
  • Perform exterior cleaning tasks, including pressure washing and leaf removal in parking areas.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of experience in electrical work.
  • Minimum of 6 months of plumbing experience.
  • Proficient in installing and repairing appliances.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic characterized by reliability and initiative.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
  • Possess a basic set of hand tools for on-site tasks.
