As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our kitchen operations at Caesars Entertainment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take initiative and complete assigned projects independently.
• Oversee the replenishment and proper temperature maintenance of all food items, ensuring adherence to portion control standards at all times.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the food preparation area, ensuring compliance with corporate hygiene standards.
• Manage the ordering and receipt of kitchen supplies.
- Work primarily during evening and night shifts.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and executive staff, both verbally and in writing.
- Identify operational needs and implement necessary changes in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
• Supervise food rotation practices and lead the Food & Beverage staff.
• Thrive under pressure, make quick decisions, and ensure the freshness and quality of all products.
- Consistently execute Family Style Service for guests and team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mid to high-volume culinary setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Proven ability to manage, train, and address employee concerns while ensuring high standards of service and sanitation.
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, with exposure to a lively kitchen environment.
Must be at least 21 years old and capable of obtaining necessary licensing. A successful background check and pre-employment drug screening are required.
Educational Background:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
