Position OverviewThe main goal of this role is to oversee the preparation, analysis, and dissemination of consolidated and divisional financial reports.
This position will assist the Manager in various aspects of finance, including but not limited to budgeting, general accounting, grants oversight, and special initiatives.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting is essential. Experience in hospital or physician practice accounting is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in spreadsheet applications and familiarity with accounting software is required.
The ability to assume Managerial responsibilities during absences is necessary. Candidates should be capable of working independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment and handling confidential information with utmost professionalism.
Willingness to work overtime when required to meet established deadlines is expected.
Educational QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance is acceptable only if the candidate has completed Intermediate Accounting I & II.
