MinistryHub is honored to partner with TerraNova Church in their search for a dynamic leader to oversee their Junior High and High School Ministries. The ideal candidate will have a clear vision for youth ministry and the ability to execute it effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cast a clear vision for the Junior High and High School Ministries and work to execute it.
  • Oversee all areas of teaching, programming, and administration for the ministries.
  • Recruit, equip, and release a team of adult volunteers to shepherd students.
  • Invest time in personally relating to students, especially student leaders.
  • Champion an integrated youth ministry and create opportunities for students to develop relationships with and serve alongside TerraNovans in other life stages.

Requirements:

  • Lives out qualifications for church leadership (1 Timothy 3, Titus 1, 1 Peter 5).
  • Aligns with TerraNova Church values, beliefs, and staff culture.
  • Has a strong sense of calling to youth ministry.
