MinistryHub is excited to partner with TerraNova Church in their search for a Youth Pastor. Our ideal candidate will establish environments and facilitate relationships where students are led to take specific next-steps towards following Jesus.

This role oversees all areas of teaching, programming, and administration for the Junior High and High School Ministries. The successful candidate will cast a clear vision, recruit and equip adult volunteers, and invest time in personally building relationships with students.

We're looking for someone who lives out qualifications for church leadership, aligns with our values and beliefs, and champions an integrated youth ministry. A strong sense of calling to youth ministry is essential.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. If you're a motivated, self-starter who loves working with teens, we'd love to hear from you
