Sales Associate

Weis Markets is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards for cleanliness and safety.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, including identifying and shopping customer orders, operating front-end scanning equipment, and performing all related checkout procedures.
- Operate console and picker devices to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the sales process.
- Maintain knowledge of weekly ads, marketing promotions, and store layout to answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
- Ensure smooth function of the department and store by cooperating with colleagues and superiors, and continuously improving job performance.
- Completed or working towards a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- No prior experience required.
